The Gamesforum Fringe is a series of events that exist around the main Gamesforum event.
Designed to supplement the content we already have on offer, the Fringe offers attendees something a little different to the usual content fare, as well as a change of pace and format.
Badge pick up party
This year, we’re hosting an informal drinks evening so you can pick your conference badge up the day before the conference.
Hosted in downtown Seattle and featuring a fun micro speaking session, it’s the ideal way to kick off Gamesforum Seattle.
Want to attend? We’ll be opening up sign ups for the party shortly.
Game Dev Showdown
Ten game developers pitch their games to an expert panel of five industry judges in our Game Dev Showdown.
Judging each participant on their game, the quality of their pitch and their understanding of their business model, the showdown – and its on site playable showcase – is your chance to hear from the next generation of talent.
We’ll be opening submissions for the Game Dev Showdown soon.
Meet the Publisher
Do you want to have an opportunity to pitch your game to a publisher? Or are you a publisher looking to quickly meet a wide selection of developers?
Then our Meet the Publisher session is perfect for you. Offering a hand picked selection of premium and free to play developers the chance to meet publishing partners in a speed dating format, Meet the Publisher is an always popular part of our agenda.
Want to attend as a developer? Check back here soon for more information on how to sign up.
Want to attend as a publisher? Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
In addition to these pre-arranged sessions, we also work with partners to put on bespoke clinics, workshops or conference sessions to provide further value to our attendees.
On Day 1 of our London event, we were proud to run a business workshop in conjunction with national organisations like the British Film Institute and Creative England.
And on Day 2, the fantastic External Development Summit (XDS) team hosted a morning of content featuring speakers from EA, The Coalition and Microsoft Xbox.
We’re looking for partners to fill the space this year. If you’re interested in looking at hiring the room, contact email@example.com for more information.
The Gamesforum Party
Round off the first day of Gamesforum in style at our excellent game themed party.
Taking place in a top venue in Seattle close to our venue, it offers you the chance to catch up with friends, network and dance the night away.
We will be opening RSVPs for this soon. But if you’d like to explore sponsorship options, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
