With more than 20 years of experience in the digital entertainment industry, Jim advises companies on mergers and acquisitions, growth equity, venture capital, and strategic partnerships. Over the course of his career, he has led transactions that have created more than $1 billion in aggregate value for companies and shareholders across the digital media and entertainment sectors.
Damian heads PvX's investments in Asia and brings over 8 years of combined experience in M&A, Capital Markets and Investments. Damian began his career spending 4 years in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division, working on TMT transactions across Hong Kong, Singapore and New York. In 2022, he joined NetEase Games managing venture and growth equity Investments and deployed capital to North American and European game studios.

Tomas Rossel has over 20 years’ experience in corporate finance, M&A, and investment across gaming, technology, and media. He leads EY Investment Banking’s gaming team coverage across Asia and is also the founder of Spawn Ventures, a boutique gaming advisory and venture firm. Tomas advises founders, boards, studios, and investors on private placements and non-listed M&A transactions, and has global deal experience across technology, software, gaming, and esports. He previously served as Deputy Global Head of M&A at Ericsson in Stockholm. Based in Sydney, he holds a Master of Laws degree.
