111% and Habby Form Joint Venture to Expand in Global Mobile Gaming

South Korean game developer 111% and global publisher Habby have unveiled plans to form a joint venture in Singapore, combining their respective strengths in creative game development and worldwide publishing. The new entity will focus on co-developing and operating mobile titles designed to resonate with global audiences.
The partnership seeks to deliver high-impact, enduring games to players around the world. Under the agreement, 111% will continue managing publishing operations in Korea, while the joint venture will handle international publishing and live operations. Leadership appointments will include executives from both companies.
